To get the timer job interval for alerts can be retrieved by using the getproperty command in stsadm.
Syntax:STSADM -o getproperty -pn job-immediate-alerts -url <URL of the Site>
Example:
STSADM -o getproperty -pn job-immediate-alerts [...]
