Mér líkaði virkilega grein þína á ákvörðun galla í þjálfun starfsmanna sniðmát. En ég var að spá hvort þú vildi vera fær til að hjálpa mér út? Ég vinn fyrir bandarískt. Her og eitt af því sem ég geri er að stjórna Professional námskeið fyrir fjölda starfsmanna. Í grundvallaratriðum eru 7 Einingar ég vinn með og það sem gerist er þetta. Hver eining er með skólum umsjónarmann, og þeir láta mig vita hvað námskeið sem það fyrir starfsmönnum sínum og hvaða þá hef ég samband námskeiðið stjórnendur og leggja tilnefningar. Ég fylgjast þá stöðu treysta að baka til skóla þátttökulandanna. Þannig að ég vildi eins og til að breyta sniðmát svo að það er eftirfarandi ef mögulegt. 1) Leyfa Einingin skólar landanna að skrá og afskrá einn til margra starfsmanna frá einum eða fleiri námskeið. 2) Leyfa tilnefndir einnig að sjá hvaða námskeið sem þeir eru áætlaðar fyrir og hvað staða þeirra er. 3) Vera fær um að halda skrá yfir allt starfsfólk, sem hafa verið skráð í flokk sama hvað niðurstaða (i.e. þeir voru óskráð, þeir voru felldar…)
Telur þú að eitthvað eins og þetta væri mögulegt /
