Escenario:
Durante a execución da configuración do SharePoint como servidor autónomo usando contas locais, recibirá o erro “O usuario indicado é a conta local. Contas locais deben ser utilizados só en modo autónomo”
Resolución:
Usar shell poder de crear bases de datos de configuración.
Abre ventá de consola do PowerShell
Executa o cmdlet : Nova SPConfigurationDatabase-
e pasar as súas credenciais de base de datos para proceder.

I am running, windows7 using sql server 2008 R2.
any idea how can i solve it.
Are you using the Sharepoint Management Shell? Try to run from there and it should recognize the cmdlet.
Not sure if you figured it out but try running the Sharepoint Management Shell and it should recognize it.
For windows 7, go to Microsoft Sharepoint products from there you need to select Sharepoint 2010 management shell
Did you try running the SharePoint Management Shell in elevated mode (Right click –> Run As Administrator)?
