Notitia non possit tabula defectu documenti tabellae selecti.
Go to Library Occasus
Click Advanced Occasus
Enable patitur typus of content management in Occasus Advanced.
Click Documentum Panel Content Type Information occasus quod click in Document.
Check show always option to enable document information panel.
