Microsoft Released the Following Technical White paper for Integration between commerce server 2007 and Moss 2007. I am doing Proof of Concept in this Integration. The basic integration is done through the changes in web.config for commerce server site and moss central administration site and portal site’s web.config. White Paper from Microsoft
