Gusto kong ibahagi ang kung paano upang pangalanang muli ang pangalan ng web application sa command line pamamahala ng Moss 2007 gamit STSADM Command.
Palaugnayan:
stsadm -o Renameweb -url -newname
Halimbawa:
Stsadm-o renameweb-url http://localhost / oldname-newname newname
Ang itaas na utos ay papangalanang muli ang mga web application mula oldname sa ang newname.

I tried to rename a web application from http://sharepoint to intranet using the command suggested but received the following error.
Cannot move the root web of a site
collection.
Any suggestions?
This command does NOT rename the Web Application it renames the Web URL

Hi there just wanted to give you a quick heads up and let you know a few of the pictures aren’t loading correctly. I’m not sure why but I think its a linking issue. I’ve tried it in two different browsers and both show the same results.
