Roeddwn i'n hoffi eich erthygl ar ddatrys y chwilod yn y templed hyfforddiant cyflogai. Ond tybed fyddech yn gallu fy helpu? Rwy'n gweithio ar gyfer yr Unol Daleithiau'n. Milwrol ac un o'r pethau yr wyf yn ei wneud yw rheoli cyrsiau hyfforddiant proffesiynol ar gyfer nifer fawr o bersonél. Yn y bôn yn 7 Unedau yn gweithio gyda a beth fydd yn digwydd yw hyn. Mae pob uned yn gydgysylltydd ysgolion, ac maent yn rhoi gwybod imi wybod pa gyrsiau a beth am eu personél a dyddiadau hyn yna yr â y cwrs rheolwyr a gyflwyno enwebiadau. Yna yr wyf yn olrhain statws dibynnu yn ôl i gydgysylltwyr ysgolion. Felly hoffwn i addasu'r templed fel y mae'n gwneud y canlynol os yn bosibl. 1) Caniatáu ysgolion uned cydgysylltwyr i gofrestru a dim modd dadgofrestru'r un i lawer o bersonél o'r i un neu nifer o gyrsiau. 2) Caniatáu i enwebeion hefyd gweld pa gyrsiau y maent wedi'u hamserlennu ar gyfer a beth yw eu statws. 3) Byddwch yn gallu cadw rhestr o'r holl bersonél sydd wedi cael eu cofrestru mewn dosbarth ni waeth beth oedd y canlyniad (h.y. eu bod yn ddigofrestredig, cawsant eu canslo…)
