Este é um razoavelmente popular "fabuloso 40" modelo. Ele também tem um bug que é amplamente conhecido (Tenho mesmo blogou sobre como corrigir isso).
Sogeti lançado um Projeto CodePlex Esta semana que corrige o bug (que é bom por si só, Mas não tremer a terra) Mas eles também afirmam ter resolvido um problema muito thornier: segurança. O fab 40 modelo requer uma configuração de segurança muito generoso (usuários precisa de acesso de nível de colaborador para praticamente tudo). Não há mais! De acordo com o resumo do codeplex:
"Este modelo também inclui uma nova ação de fluxo de trabalho personalizado que permite que o modelo de trabalho sem ter que dar a todos os usuários contribuem as permissões para a lista de cursos."
Que coisa boa e vale a pena conferir.

Gostei muito do seu artigo sobre corrigir os bugs no modelo de treinamento de empregado. Mas eu queria saber se você seria capaz de me ajudar? Trabalho para os EUA. Militar e uma das coisas que eu faço é gerenciar cursos de formação profissional para um grande número de pessoal. Basicamente, são 7 Unidades de trabalho e o que acontece é o seguinte. Cada unidade tem um coordenador de escolas, e deixaram-me saber que cursos que para que seu pessoal e que data eu contactar o curso gestores e apresentar as candidaturas. Eu, então, acompanhar o status confiando que volta para os coordenadores de escolas. Então eu gostaria de modificar o modelo para que ele faz o seguinte, se possível. 1) Permitir que as escolas unidade coordenadores registrar e cancelar o registro de um para muitos pessoal de um ou vários cursos. 2) Permitir que os candidatos também ver que cursos eles são programados para e qual é o seu status. 3) Ser capaz de manter uma lista de todo o pessoal que foram registrados em uma classe, independentemente do desfecho (ou seja. Eles foram removidos, Eles foram cancelados…)
Você acha que algo assim fosse possível /
